Project Management is another area we have assisted our clients. We have been asked to manage installations of several large software programs – ranging from shop floor controls through complete warehouse management systems, including RF. Installing sophisticated software systems is an obvious area where using an outside group to assist plant personnel can be efficient and cost effective. Plant personnel are typically busy with their day to day activities and do not have the time or experience to commit to the task of installing new systems. We have had good success in bringing such products in on time, with fewer complications.
